FAMILY AND CONSUMER SCIENCE
The program is intended to generate basic knowledge and skills in child development, clothing and textiles, consumer education, foods and nutrition, housing and home furnishing, and personal relationships. Attention is focused toward lab work in an atmosphere of personal growth and respect for all. The main purpose of the class is to prepare young men and women for a future where they can become independent. |
